Ingredients
1 cup oat flour or ground oats
1 cup almond meal
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 scoop True Protein WPI 90 French Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup natural almond butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ cup rice malt syrup
60 grams dried apples, chopped
60 grams white chocolate, chopped
Method

In a bowl combine the almond meal, oat flour, coconut flour, protein powder, almond butter, coconut oil, rice malt syrup, almond milk, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. You may need to knead the mixture with your hands as it is quite dense

Mix in the apple pieces and white chocolate chunks so that they are evenly distributed

Line a small baking tray with baking paper and press the mixture into it

Allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours before cutting into desired pieces
