Ingredients:
1 cup cow’s milk
3 tbs plain Greek yoghurt
2 x frozen passionfruit
1 frozen banana
1 x 30g scoop True Protein WPI90 in Banana and Honey
1 handful of ice
Method:

In a blender, add the milk, plain yoghurt, passionfruit, frozen banana, natural whey protein, and ice.

Blend until all ingredients have been well combined, and then pour into a glass to serve.
