Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds

30g (4 tbsps) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla

3/4 cup blueberries

1 cup milk

1 tbsp vanilla

Pinch of sea salt

 

Method:

1. Add everything into a blender and blend on high until fully combined

2. Add it to a jar and top with extra peanut butter. So easy, simple and tasty
