Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup oats
½ cup ice
Method

Place milk, oats and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add in the frozen blueberries, banana and ice, blend again until all ingredients are incorporated, and you have a thick consistency.

Add ice depending on the consistency you desire and top it with your favourite toppings, I used coconut cream, kiwi fruit, frozen blueberries, blackberries and granola.
