Ingredients
2 cups oats
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup almonds
1/2 sunflower seeds
1/2 cup coconut chips
1 scoop True WPC 80 Rich Chocolate
1/2 cup cacao
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
Method

Preheat oven to 180°

Mix all dry ingredients together until evenly combined. Pour in the coconut oil & rice malt syrup and stir until evenly mixed

Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper and pour mixture into the tray

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°

Check after 15 minutes & stir to make sure the mixture is cooking evenly

Once cooked, allow cooling time before storing in an airtight container
