Ingredients:
1 cup mashed bananas (2-3 bananas)
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup sugar-free choc baking chips
1tsp vanilla extract
30g (4 level tablespoons) True WPI 90 in Rich Chocolate
¼ cup low-fat milk
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C and lightly spray a 24 x 13 bread tin
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl apart from the milk and either hand mix or blend until all combined
3. Add milk and combine
4. Once combined, pour into bread tin and flatten evenly with the back of a spoon
5. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until the mixture comes out clean with a cake tester needle
6. Once out of the oven, press your hands or spoon onto the top layer to form a crumbled top
7. Wait until cooled and enjoy with your fave hot drink!
