Ingredients
100g firm tofu (silken works too)
200g frozen bananas
30g True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
100ml liquid, more or less
Method
1. Combine all of the ingredients using a blender. Add more water if your blender is not powerful enough or if you prefer a more smoothie-like consistency.
Serving Suggestion
Pair it with fresh fruits, chia seeds, cacao nibs, peanut butter - whatever you like; get creative
