Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 Tbsp hemp seeds
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 serving True Protein Chocolate Collagen
1 Tbsp True Protein Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
3 eggs
Optional
Melted dark choc
Sprinkled hemp seeds
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a muffin tray

Add all ingredients into one large bowl and mix through gently with a fork until all the mixture is combined

Pour batter evenly into the prepared muffin tray

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Test with a toothpick into the centre of the muffin. If it’s done it should come out clean

Allow to cool on a cooling rack

Once cool, drizzle with melted choc and sprinkle over a few hemp seeds
