Ingredients
1 ½ cup rolled oats
1 cup crispy rice cereal
2/3 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup linseeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop (30g) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a small baking tray with baking paper.

Place the oats, rice cereal, almonds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, chia seeds and protein powder into a bowl and mix.

Place the rice-malt syrup and coconut oil into a small saucepan and stir on low heat until melted and combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

Pour this onto the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Press the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for an hour before serving.
