Ingredients
1 scoop (30g) True Plant Protein in Natural
¾ cup coconut flour
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp mixed herbs
4 eggs
2 grated zucchinis
½ cup egg whites
¼ cup avocado oil
Handful of chopped coriander
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a loaf tin with baking paper

Combine all ingredients in one bowl and mix until thoroughly combined

Pour mixture into a prepared baking loaf and make sure it is evenly spread out, place chopped coriander and chopped cherry tomatoes on top

Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until golden
