Ingredients
1 cup soy milk
35g quick oats
30g (1 scoop) True Protein Plant Protein in French Vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
Method
1. In a small bowl, add 30g vegan protein powder, 35g quick oats and 1 cup soy milk.
2. Stir protein powder, oats and milk together and then place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
3. After cooking the oats in the microwave for 2 minutes, remove and stir. Then place in the microwave for another 45 seconds.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
