Watermelon Collagen Popsicles

Makes 6

Prep time: 10 minutes

Freezing time: 5 hours

Ingredients

1/4 of a large watermelon
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp True Protein Collagen Powder Natural

Method

  1. Cut watermelon, remove the skin and place it into a juicer. If you don’t have a juicer then blend in a highspeed mixer then strain any excess pulp through a sieve

  2. Stir in the lime juice and thoroughly whisk in the collagen powder

  3. Pour the juice into icy pole moulds and freeze for at least 5 hours
