Ingredients
250g white chocolate
1/2 C roasted almonds
1/3 C dried apricots
1.5 C rice puffs
2 tbsp True Protein Collagen in Natural
2 tsp almond butter
Method

Break up the chocolate in a large bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted

Roughly chop the almonds and apricots into small pieces. Add into the bowl with the white chocolate, along with the rice puffs, True collagen and almond butter. Stir well until everything is evenly coated in the chocolate

Pour the mixture into a lined tin and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until completely set

Once set, slice into squares and store in the fridge in an air-tight container
