I’m Claudia Kent, founder of The Fit Feast, a platform dedicated to making healthy eating both enjoyable and accessible. As a Pilates instructor and sports nutritionist, I create nourishing recipes that fuel an active lifestyle while embracing a balanced approach to wellness. Inspired by my travels and time living in Europe, I share food, fitness, and lifestyle content to encourage mindful living and a love for movement.
How True products fuel my health and fitness goals
True products are a staple in my daily routine, helping me stay on top of my training and recovery. Since I’m currently prepping for a half marathon, I’m making sure to get enough protein to support my recovery. What motivates me and my proudest achievement
I’m motivated by the idea of helping people build a sustainable, balanced approach to nutrition and training. One of my proudest achievements has been growing The Fit Feast community to over 100k followers in 2024. A place I get to share my passion for food and fitness while inspiring others to take a mindful, enjoyable approach to health.
