I am a professional Muay Thai fighter signed by ONE Championship, a FISU World University Muay Thai gold medalist, and ranked among the top 10 female fighters worldwide in my weight division. I started Muay Thai at 19, initially for self-defense, but quickly fell in love with the sport’s depth and constant challenges. Unlike anything I had tried before, Muay Thai continues to push me to new heights every day. I thrive on self-improvement, competition, and the electrifying feeling of victory, and I am committed to leaving my mark on the sport.

  1. ZMA in pineapple - I take ZMA just before bed to help get a restful sleep and the pineapple flavour gives me a nice little treat before bed.

  2. WPI 90 in Salted Caramel - I use WPI 90 for my pre workout snack. The flavour goes so well in some oats, banana, honey and a dusting of cinnamon. It helps to maintain my muscle mass along with keeping me full through the session.

  3. Creatine Mono - I started talking to help with my exercise performance and it's done just that! I have not only noticed an increase in my exercise performance but also in my strength. The best thing about this product is it doesn’t have a taste so it is perfect to add to your coffee or a fizzy drink, which makes it hard to remember if you actually took it that day.

  4. Pre in Sour Grape - This is an amazing pre workout! When I really need to pick myself up before a session I take one scoop and it helps. What I love about this product is I don’t get a post- workout crash and I feel it lasts through my whole session. Plus, it's all natural which is fantastic! 

What motivates me

What motivates me in Muay Thai is the drive to be better than the person I was yesterday. I've always been into sports, but Muay Thai pushes me to new limits—physically and mentally. I love challenging myself, testing my resilience, and seeing what I’m truly capable of. Every fight, every training session is a chance to grow, not just as a fighter but as a person. And one day, I want to look back and have incredible stories to share with my kids about the journey I took and the lessons I learned along the way.
