I’m a 4-time Olympian, Australian record holder, and mum. I was a track athlete before transitioning to marathon running, and now I’m aiming to make it to my 5th Olympics in 2028!

WPI 90 (Rich Chocolate) in a shaker with water after most runs throughout the week. I'm able to hit my adequate serving of protein straight after my workout.

Collagen + Vitamin C (Natural) added to my WPI 90 shake post training. I also time this serving of collagen about 45mins before gym work to get the best benefit for my tendons when doing rehab.

Protein Bars (Mint Chocolate) as a great protein rich snack. Some days I have a big morning of training, gym, massage etc. and it’s good to have the True Protein Bars so I never go too long without fuel.

True Electrolyte (Tropical) so I’m always on top of hydration. As a Queenslander & marathon runner, electrolytes are incorporated pre, during and post training so this is a product I MUST keep close.

What motivates me
I think what drives me is my passion to never leave myself wondering “what if” and never give in to a challenge. I have run my whole life because I love it and I love to test my boundaries, however many times late in my career I have had to dig deeper and have more belief in myself than ever before. Gaining results after adversity and huge setbacks has been the proudest I have felt in myself as an athlete.
My proudest achievement
After a heartbreaking injury in 2021, my proudest moment as an athlete was fighting tooth and nail to get myself back from injury and the birth of my son, to qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics. I found plenty of moments along the way where it felt too hard or I didn’t feel it was possible but to look back. Now, I don’t believe there will ever be a challenge too great for me to face.

My Favourite True Value
‘Be You’ and ‘Be True’ resonate with me most because I have always run and competed for myself. Training and competing at this level is hard and there can be more bad days than good, but if you are doing it for YOU and trying to achieve the goals YOU set for yourself, the hard days are so easily justified and more just part of the journey. I love what I do and it’s because I truly do it for me.
