I have been a competitive athlete all of my life, starting in track & field representing Victoria as a girl/teen, then Gridiron representing Victoria as a young adult & then CrossFit where I have competed internationally at the CrossFit Games.
I am very passionate about training at my peak & feeling my best by fueling & recovering well. I love sharing my knowledge with my online community & members at the gym I work for.

Protein Bars in Salted Caramel or Toasted Coconut - I take these to work with me and snack on them during the day.

True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate or Banana Bread - I like to bake with the plant protein. I make banana bread or chocolate oat slice and have this as a snack between coaching classes. Sweet treats with a protein hit! 🙂

What motivates me
Feeling really good & energised motivates me. I feel my best when I'm fit, strong & healthy on the inside and I strive to feel like this as much as possible as it boosts my work productivity & my athletic performance.
Competing also motivates me a lot! I love having something to work towards & being surrounded by people who thrive off the same thing!
Nothing makes me feel happier than achieving PB's & getting fitter & stronger as I get older.
My proudest achievement would have been either competing at the CrossFit Games with my team mates or competing at the Down Under Championships & doing all the movements I am terrible at, but committing & doing my best.

My favourite would have to be 'Be True.' To me, this means be true to yourself & don't compare yourself with anyone else but yourself.
