True Protein, a leading Australian health and fitness brand, is on the lookout for a proficient and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team. Your role will include but is not limited to:
Paid Advertising Management
- Develop, implement and optimise multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Google, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Manage a substantial monthly ad budget with a focus on ROAS and CPA targets.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyse website performance and identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Analyse user behaviour using heatmaps, session recordings and funnels.
- Develop data-driven hypotheses for improving conversion rates across the website and checkout process.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement CRO recommendations.
- Report on all learnings and use them to continuously iterate.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise on-page content.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console & Analytics.
Support the Head of Digital
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Contribute to various planned projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on digital marketing performance.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to the content production workflow to introduce new creatives and iterations.
- Analyse digital marketing data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Participate in and aid with ad hoc digital marketing projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, CRO and SEO.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications (ideal)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
