Since its launch, we have sourced our Australian grass-fed collagen from the same trusted supplier, who partners with producers across the country to obtain high-quality beef hide. This is then used to produce our highly pure, bioavailable hydrolysed collagen. As with all natural products, slight variations in raw materials can occur from season to season and region to region. We have identified that, with this current batch, these variations have impacted the solubility of the collagen in dairy milk.

It's important to note that all batches continue to meet our strict specifications for purity, bioavailability, nutritional content and food safety as tested by rigorous testing. However, we recognise that solubility is an essential part of the overall experience, and this issue has been acknowledged internally.

Staying true to our value of Be Better, we are taking proactive steps to address this matter. We have sourced an alternative collagen supplier whose product is soluble in hot milk. We estimate that this new batch will be available from mid April.

For best results with the current batch, we recommend using hot water only, or hot water and a dash of nondairy milk.
