Ingredients
1.5 cup self-raising flour
3 medium mashed bananas
2 eggs
5 tbs raw sugar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¾ tsp baking powder
30g (1 scoop) True Protein Plant Protein in Natural
1 tbs cinnamon
½ cup blanched almonds
Method

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan forced.

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and stir well until all ingredients are well combined.

Line a small to medium cake tin with baking paper and pour the cake mixture into the baking tin.

Top the cake mixture with blanched almonds and then place the tin into the oven.

Leave the cake to cook for 1 hour on 160 degrees.

Once the cake is cooked through, allow to cool down before eating, but make sure to enjoy while warm.
