Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

60g rolled oats

20g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp granulated stevia

1/2 an apple, grated

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt

 

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients, except Greek yoghurt, into a bowl and mix until combined.

  2. Spoon the oat mixture into a glass jar then place into the fridge overnight.

  3. Top with Greek yoghurt and sprinkle with cinnamon before eating, enjoy!
