Ingredients
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop True Protein WPI80 Salted Caramel Protein Powder
¾ cup almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 small banana, sliced
Muesli, optional

To make the chia pudding combine the chia seeds, protein powder, almond milk, and vanilla then mix until combined, allow to sit for 5 minutes to thicken

In a small glass layer the Greek yoghurt, banana and chia pudding then top with extra Greek yoghurt and muesli
