1 frozen banana
1tbsp Biscoff spread
1tbsp yoghurt
1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPC80 in Salted Caramel (or French Vanilla)
A few ice cubes
Almond milk/milk of choice (add enough to get to your desired consistency!)
