Ingredients
1/2 C rolled oats
1 1/2 C almond milk
2 tbsp’s True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla
1/2 C mixed berries
1 tsp brown sugar
Method

Add the rolled oats and almond milk to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Keep on low heat and continue stirring for 8-10 minutes until the oats are fully cooked through. Note: if you have time you can pre-soak your oats in the almond milk to fasten up the cooking time.

Stir in the WPI90 vanilla protein and remove from the heat.

Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with brown sugar and top with the mixed berries.
