Ingredients
For the chocolate oat layer:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
30g True Collagen Rich Chocolate
For the berry compote:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp granulated sweetener
1 tsp corn flour + 2 tsp water
For the yogurt layer:
1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
20g chocolate flavoured collagen
Method

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and collagen then place into the fridge while making the compote.

Place the berries and sweetener into a small saucepan over medium heat and stir intermittently for 5 minutes until the berries start to break down. Combine the cornflour and water, then add this to the berries. Stir for a further minute. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool to room temperature.

To make the top layer, whisk together Greek yogurt and collagen until smooth.

To assemble, alternate between the chocolate oat mixture and berry compote so you have 2 of each, totalling 4 layers. Finish by topping with the yogurt mixture.
