Ingredients:
1 tin chickpeas, rinsed
3/4 cup sultanas
4 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup oats
3 scoops (90g) True Protein WPI in Choc Peanut Butter
Cacao nibs, to decorate
Method:

Add the chickpeas, sultanas and peanut butter into a food processor and blend until well combined.

Add in the remaining ingredients and process until sticky and well combined. It should be quite sticky!

Form into 14 balls. I found it easiest to spoon each ball first, wash my hands and then roll them as they are quite sticky and washing your hands makes it easier.

Roll the balls in cacao nibs if desired and store in the fridge.
