Ingredients:
1 C rolled oats
30g (1 scoop) True WPI90 in French Vanilla
3/4 C milk
1/4 C vanilla yoghurt
1 diced peach
Topping:
1 sliced peach
2 tbsps slivered almonds
Sprinkle of coconut
1 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
Method:

In a bowl combine the oats, vanilla WPI90, milk, yoghurt and peach. Stir well and allow to set in the fridge for 30-60mins.

Meanwhile, roast the slivered almonds on the stove until lightly toasted and slice the peach.

Divide the bircher into two glasses and top with the sliced peach, almonds, a sprinkle of coconut and a tablespoon of vanilla yoghurt.
