Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Makes 14

Prep time: 15 minutes

Setting time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup Medjool dates
½ cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup almond meal
½ cup ground oats
1 scoop True WPC80 in French Vanilla
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g dark chocolate

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until a smooth consistency forms

  2. Roll the mixture into balls and place onto a tray, put into the fridge for 30 minutes to set

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle onto the balls​
