Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups puffed rice
2 TP scoops WPC 80 French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup natural peanut butter
2/3 cup rice malt syrup
100g dark chocolate, melted
Method

Place the rolled oats, puffed rice, and protein powder into a bowl and mix until combined

Pour the rice malt syrup and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds then mix and microwave for a further 10 seconds

Combine the peanut butter mixture with the dry mixture and fold until everything is thoroughly mixed through

Press mixture into the tray and place into the fridge for an hour

In the meantime, place the chocolate into a double boiler and heat until melted

Once the bars have set, cut into bars and drizzle with melted chocolate
