1/2c quick oats
30g (1 scoop) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
About 1/2c almond milk/milk of choice (I ended up adding a bit more)
Toppings:
Frozen berries
Peanut Butter
Maple Syrup
Method:
1. Microwave for 90 seconds and mix (they may need a little longer)
