Ingredients
Bottom layer
4 apples thinly sliced
1 cup apple juice/water
1 tsp cinnamon
Top layer
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup coconut chips
1 scoop True WPC80 in French Vanilla
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
25g butter/ coconut oil
pinch of salt
Method

Preheat oven to 180c

Heat all ingredients for the bottom layer in a pan on low heat. Stir until apples go soft and liquid starts to thicken (about 10 minutes).

Transfer into baking dish. Place top layer ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.

Lightly pack the crumble over the apples and cook for 15 minutes (or until crispy & browned). Allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
