Ingredients
160g vegan butter, melted
1 ½ cups coconut sugar
1 cup cacao
2 large eggs
2 scoops True Protein WPI 90 Rich Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a medium-sized baking tray with baking paper

In a large bowl mix together the melted butter, cacao powder, and sugar until smooth and combined

Whisk in the eggs along with the vanilla extract and salt then stir in the protein powder

Fold raspberries into the mixture then pour batter into the tray and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes

Allow to sit for an hour to cool before cutting
