Ingredients

 

180g oat flour (blended rolled oats)

1 scoop (30g) True WPI90 French Vanilla

40mL fresh orange juice (half an orange)

3 tsp orange zest

4 medjool dates (60g)

200g dried mixed fruit

1 1/2 Tbsp all spice

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground cloves

 

Icing

True WPI90 French Vanilla

Almond milk

 

Method

 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a processor until a dough consistency is formed.

  2. Put the mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes.

  3. When the mixture is slightly firmer, remove from fridge and roll into even sized balls, placing them onto a plate lined with baking paper.

  4. Mix protein powder and a dash of almond milk until an icing consistency is formed, then drizzle over balls.

  5. Place balls in the fridge to set.
