Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls

Makes 18

Ingredients

 

1 cup ground oats

½ cup coconut flour

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp clove

½ tsp ginger powder

4 scoops (120g) True WPC80 in French Vanilla

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 Tbsp almond butter

3 Tbsp stevia

60g white chocolate melted

 

Method

 

  1. Place the oats, coconut flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove ginger and protein powder into a bowl and mix until combined.

  2. In another bowl, stir together the pumpkin puree, almond butter and stevia.

  3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix together until combined, you may need to use your hands as it is quite dense.

  4. Roll the mixture into balls and place into the freezer to set for half an hour. Drizzle with the melted chocolate then return to the freezer for a further 10 minutes. Enjoy!
