Ingredients
1 scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts
1 tbsp linseed
1 scoop True Maca powder
1/2 frozen banana
1 fresh date, pitted (optional)
200ml coconut water
4 ice cubes
Method
1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Top with a drizzle of tahini, dried mulberries and activated buckwheat, if desired.
