Ingredients
1 C (heaped) frozen strawberries
1 C vanilla Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp milk
15 grams (half a scoop) True Protein WPI90 in Strawberry and Cream
Method
1. Place the strawberries, yoghurt, milk and WPI90 in a blender and blitz until smooth
2. Carefully pour the mixture into each paddle pop mould
3. Place the sticks on top and freeze for 3-4 hours or until completely frozen
4. Remove from the freezer and let them stand for 3-5 minutes before removing them from the mould and enjoy!
Tip: if you do not own a paddle pop mould, you can pour the mixture into a rectangular dish, freeze it and cut them into squares for individual servings
