Strawberries & Cream Chia Spread

Ingredients

 

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 tbsp chia seeds (20g)

1 scoop (30g) True WPI90 Strawberries & Cream

1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

15g honey   


Method

 

  1. Add frozen strawberries and 2 tbsp of water into a saucepan and cook on medium heat until soft.

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in honey and protein powder.

  3. Leave for 5 minutes to cool, then blend until smooth.

  4. Mix in the chia seeds and lemon juice.

  5. Transfer into a sealed container and store in the refrigerator.
