Summer Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

1/2 cup (50g) frozen mango

1/2 cup (80g) frozen raspberries 

1/2 cup (50g) frozen sliced banana

1/2 cup ice 

Juice of 1/4 lemon 

1/2 cup almond milk 

1 tbsp chia seeds 

1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPC in French Vanilla

 

Method

 

  1. Place the frozen mango, raspberries, banana, ice, lemon juice and almond milk in a high powered blender and blend until combined. This may take a few goes until it all blends. 

  2. Add in the chia seeds and protein powder and blend until smooth and creamy. 

  3. Serve with extra fruit such as passionfruit and enjoy!
