Ingredients
1 cup frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower or cauli rice
Handful ice
1 cup mixed greens (I used baby spinach and kale)
1 tsp (4g) True Greens Powder
1 scoop (30g) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 1/2 cups coconut water or milk
+ optional 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Add all ingredients into a high powdered blender and whizz until smooth, thick and creamy, adding more liquid if required to blend.
