1 level scoop (13g) peanut butter/powder
1 tsp cacao
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
2.5 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1.5 cups ice
Method
1. Blend all ingredients using a high-power blender for at least 20 seconds.
