Ingredients
1 large mango chopped or 1 cup of diced frozen mango
1 tbsp tahini
1 scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
5g turmeric
5g maca powder
1 scoop chia seeds
1.5 cups coconut water
4 ice cubes
Method
1. Start with the coconut water in your blender, add the powders and chia seed and then the mango and ice. Blend until creamy.
2. Pour into a shallow bowl and top with mango slices, chia seeds and buckwheat sprinkles.
