Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/2 cup True Plant Protein French Vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice)
1tsp vanilla extract
1-2tbsp almond milk or milk of choice (you can add a bit more if the mixture is too dry)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
Method

In a blender, combine all ingredients except the dark chocolate.

Place the mixture into a lined dish and spread melted chocolate on top. Add on a pinch of salt and leave in the freezer for about one hour to set.

Slice up and store in the fridge.
