Ingredients
1 TP scoop True WPI90 Chocolate Mint
4 bananas frozen and chopped
1 Tbsp almond milk
Granola, berries, and mint leaves to serve
Waffle cone optional
Method

In a food processor, add the WPI90, banana and almond milk, then blend on high for 2 minutes

Stop blending and scrape down the sides with a spatula and return the lid to blend again for another 2 minutes until thick and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to achieve an ice cream consistency

Transfer mixture to a plastic piping bag with a stat shaped nozzle and re-freeze for 10-20 minutes

In chilled bowls or waffle cones pipe evenly creating a swirled effect, decorate how you like
