Ingredients
2 mashed bananas
1 scoop (30g) True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
1 ¼ cups quick oats
3 Tbsp shredded coconut
30g melted dark chocolate (optional)
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper

In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add quick oats, coconut and protein and mix well

Once mixture is combined and wet, take tablespoon sized amounts of mixture and roll into balls. Place on baking tray, pressing balls slightly flat

Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked

Allow to cool before dipping one side of each biscuit in melted chocolate (if you wish).
