Apple Crumble Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups skim milk

200g low-fat cream cheese

60g (8 tbsps) True WPI 90 in French Vanilla

2 tbsp granulated sweetener

1 tsp ground allspice

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

3 scotch finger biscuits, crushed

60g dried apples, chopped

 

Method:

1. Place the milk, cream cheese, protein powder, sweetener, allspice and cinnamon into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Next, turn on the @cuisinart_au ice cream maker and pour mixture into the frozen freezer bowl. Operate for 20-25 minutes. 

3. Fold in the biscuits and dried apple then spoon into a freezer-safe container.

4. Place into the freezer to set for 4 hours and enjoy!
