Ingredients
1 + 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops (60g) True Protein WPI in Mocha
2 medium bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.

Add 1 cup of rolled oats, the almond meal, baking powder and cinnamon into a food processor and combine until a flour forms.

Transfer the dry mixture to large bowl.

Add the bananas, eggs, tahini and maple syrup into the food processor and process until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until combined.

Fold through 1/2 cup oats and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.

Transfer to a lined square tin and sprinkle over 1 tbsp sesame seeds.

Bake for approx. 28 minutes, or until golden on top.

Allow to cool completely before slicing.
