Ingredients
1 banana
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop (30g) True WPI90 Salted Caramel
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
Olive oil for the pan
+ 1 banana, maple syrup & cacao nibs, to top
Method

Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and whizz until a smooth batter forms.

Drizzle a little olive oil on a large frying pan and cook the pancakes over medium heat, flipping each pancake when little bubbles start to form.

Once the pancakes are cooked, slice the extra banana on an angle and caramelise on the frying pan until golden.

Serve with maple syrup, caramelised banana and cacao nibs.
