Ingredients
Base:
1 1/2 cups rice cereal
40g (5 1/3 Tbsps) WPI 90 in Rich Chocolate
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
Topping:
50g dark chocolate, melted
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method

Add the rice cereal, protein powder, desiccated coconut, and salt to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, stir together the peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.

Spread the mixture evenly into a small lined baking tray.

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle over extra desiccated coconut.

Place in the fridge for 3 hours, or until set.
