Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Serves 3

Prep time: 15 minutes

Calories 330

Protein 25g

Carbohydrates 35g

Fats 10g

 

Ingredients:

1 cup wholemeal flour 

2 scoops (60g) True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate

1 tsp baking powder

1.25 cups oat milk 

2 eggs 

Maple syrup, berries and cacao nibs, to serve

 

Method:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. 

  2. Whisk together the oat milk and eggs. Add the wet mixture to the dry and fold together. 

  3. Cook over medium heat in a large saucepan drizzled with olive oil, flipping the pancakes when bubbles start to form. 

  4. Serve with maple syrup, berries and cacao nibs and enjoy!
