Makes 1 large smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Macros per serve:

570 calories

37g protein

68g carbohydrates

17g fat 

 

Ingredients: 

1 heaped cup frozen mixed berries (150g)

1 handful ice

2 medjool dates 

1 cup oat milk

1 scoop (30g) True WPI in Rich Chocolate 

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1 tbsp peanut butter 

 

Method: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until creamy.
